Who this is for

This page applies to users of the MAXICOM mobile application and related services.

How to request deletion

Email us from your registered email address (or include your registered phone number for verification) and we will help you delete your account.

Suggested subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: registered phone number/email, business name, and (optional) reason

After verifying ownership, we typically complete deletion within 7 business days.

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize (as applicable):

  • Account profile details (name, business name, contact details)
  • Saved addresses and preferences
  • App/device identifiers used for notifications (e.g., push tokens)
  • Uploaded images or attachments linked to your account (if any)

What data may be retained

We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, and compliance purposes, such as invoices and transaction records. These records may be retained for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 8 years).

We may also retain security/audit logs for a limited period to protect against fraud and abuse.
